Operation and Maintenance

Utilica is offering full range of operations and maintenance services starting from erection commission to day to day. We extend AMC Services engaging Semi-skilled and Skilled of relevant manpower with proper monitoring by our experts. We source the people with mix culture to reduce Absenteeism & IR issues like technicians, Operators, Supervisors, Engineers, Site managers as well as Experts and put them into our payroll for annual operations and maintenance. We also appoint our own HR supervisor and technical supervisors at our client premises to monitor day to day work activities of our deputed employees according to client planning and designing.

We concentrate on minimising maintenance cost and drive through well established systems, standardize procedures and manuals. We also extend our support services to pre-commissioning, erection stage and annual operations and maintenance services.

Responsibilities in O&M is:

• Annual Operations and Maintenance contract in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.
• Day to day operations including production planning, estimation, scheduling and execution.
• Regular meeting with clients for day to day operation activities. Manage and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of support services
• Complete maintenance of facilities, plant equipment and utilities.
