We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

We are looking for a hardworking plumber helper to assist our staff with basic plumbing installations and repairs. In this role you will be supporting our qualified plumbers with their daily tasks. You may also be required perform basic plumbing services such as replacing toilet rings and faucet washers. To ensure success as a plumber helper, you should have excellent physical fitness, a strong desire to learn, and detailed knowledge of plumbing techniques. Ultimately, a top-class plumber helper reduces time to finish a job by handling smaller tasks and assisting with major repairs.

Requirements:

• • Packing and sorting plumbing equipment for each job.

  • Locating pipe leaks and preparing the work area.

  • Fetching tools and buying additional stock and equipment.

  • Cutting open walls and structures to expose pipes

  • Adjusting water pressure valves.

  • Assisting the Master Plumber with plumbing installations and repairs.

  • Installing gutters, drainpipes, and runoff systems.

You will maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times and complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in plans by following all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks. You will responsible to look after all the tools supplied by the Clients in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department. Your main focus will be maintaining the swimming pools.

Requirements:

• Maintain water chemistry within recommended standards
• Complete daily chemical tests and record in logbook
• Performed daily cleaning of all systems filters and grills
• Carryout systems backwash as required by different pressure readings
• Report major defects immediately
• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
